My SkyDrive is playing up - how do I get Microsoft Support to sort it out, what is their email address?
My boss is not able to access his hotmail email account in England as it is asking him for a code. But I his IT team am able to access it in Saudi Arabia. Why?
I can't log in to my hotmail account. The address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I keep getting this message:
Parece que hay un problema con Outlook en este momento
Si sigues teniendo este problema, notifícalo a Microsoft.
I already notify the issue, I don't know if it is only my account or a general problem.
I will be glad if I could get any information.

Help! the emails in my inbox have all of a sudden started to automatically delete. normally I have many emails in my inbox awaiting my action but now they have all been deleted automatically. this is the fifth time it has happened over the past two or
three weeks and it is really impacting on my business. interestingly my subfolders are not affected. I am at the stage now where I have no faith in my emails and sick of wasting time trying to fix it. I have paid for an IT specialist to find out the problem
and it was deemed that there is no trace of the missing emails (many 100's of them). Why does it keep happening? Where are the emails going? the mail account is our main one that is accessed many times a day and has been operating for 12 years -very successfully
until recently. can anyone help please as a matter of urgency thanks

My old hotmail ID used for nearly 8 years has been hacked from last night.I have tried my level best to reset my password by filling the queries
but no reply yet to get in the new mail id I gave.Probably the HACKER has changed my settings.I also tried one time OTP by entering my mobile and no verification code has come.Deeply concerned since the culprit has started misusing wherein I have recieved many anxious calls.
The CULPRIT has most probably changed the MOBILE NUMBER also.
I have lost all my valuble email IDs and documents since I am unable to login.

não consigo entrar no outlook

My Birthday calendar notifications appear to be automatically set up for 12 hours prior to the event - which invariably works out the day before.
Is there anyway of changing this period on a bulk basis, as I was unable to find anything in the Calendar settings area other than switching off the notifications completely.
