problem signing in to new account

Now I have made a new account to try to seek support from microsoft here for a problem with an existing account.

 

Now this new account is having problems even signing in.

 

I should just stop using outlook all together at this point? I hope I will hear support from a Microsoft employee soon.

How do I get extra 20gb storage with Office 365

I purchased Office 365 Home Premium online, and I did not get 20 gb extra storage assigned to my SkyDrive account. The "upgrade" option asks for an access code, but MS has never heard of this. How should I have been assigned the extra storage?

Why Outlook.com Android app doesn’t show messages in other folders?

I have a message in a folder in Outlook.com. In the Android app, the app shows the folder as empty. Why? Does the app show only new unread messages in user created folders? I tried syncing several times but the folder always shows "No messages".

(I see nothing about Android or even mobile in any dropdown when posting a message in this forum)

Sometimes when I try to sent emails I get messages such as :


        Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (henryjdarrell) account.

        Subject 'Fw: update'
        Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820


        Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (sdarrellag) account.

        Subject 'Explanation of non-competivie eligiblity, age discrimiation'
       Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20007


What do these error messages mean?  Why can't messages be sent or received?


I use a HP  G62-43OUS Notebook with Windows 10 and an IBM Thinkpad T42 with Windows XP Professional.

lost emails in my inbox

I recently accessed my Hotmail account, which I normally access using Windows Live Mail.  

 

There are several accounts being collected and only one of these is being affected.

 

All the emails in the inbox except 4 from January 2013 appear to be missing.

 

Logging in to the Account with Outlook.com also shows only 4 emails.

 

I had been regularly been receiving emails in this account since then.

Outlook not working. Can’t send or receive email. AARGH!

Every time I try to send an email, Hotmail says it's saying "sending" and never seems to finish.  However, if I close out of Hotmail and check my sent messages, I can see the message was sent.  When I send email to outlook from my yahoo account it now goes into spam. Other contacts sending me email goes into spam too! Very frustrating!!!  How do I fix this?

I use this same configuration for outlook 2003, and is working fine but when I tried to use it on windows live it does not work
my email is hosted on a private server. They gave me this ports and configuration. 

outgoing server: mail.jmpp.com.mx 26
incoming server: mail.jmpp.com.mx 110

no ssl
sign in: myname+jmpp.com.mx
 

I don't have a firewall and as I notice this same configuration is working on another computer with wl 2012 and windows 7. I have a windows live 2009 14.... and xp sp3

Queued mail for delivery when sending to Hotmail Accounts

We are sending emails to some Hotmail Acounts. All the mails appears as Sent but in the mail log appears as "Queued mail for delivery"

This is a part of the mail log

The sender's domains is tania.co and it has a SPF Record. Additionally We've have enrolled in the SenderID Program.

Can anyone give us some advise on this matter?

skydrive repeatedly prompts “SAVE AGAIN” We need to refresh your file with updates.

As I'm working, after a few minutes I keep getting this obtrusive prompt to Save. It constantly interrupts. I have to tediously save to a different location and remember to upload to SkyDrive when I'm done. Why does this happen so often?
