Set up a reminder in my calendar 4 years ago (when it was still the "real Hotmail). I continue to get reminder emails as scheduled every Tues Am 15 min prior to 9am! I cannot find this reminder any where in any calendar. Can someone please tell me how to delete this in order to stop the reminder of something I no longer need? Thanks!! :)

I have had enough of Outlook.com.

 

The administrators are causing me a loss of earnings by closing my account implying that my storage is close to its limit. But what is the limit? and what is my current storage level? 

 

I was a member of Hotmail Plus and by default, was transferred to Outlook Plus. I was led to believe that Hotmail Plus was virtually "unlimited" but that is clearly not the case with Outlook.com "plus".

 

I have requested that a representative of Outlook should make contact - but this is being ignored.

 

Does anyone have an address to which I can send legal papers - I think it is unacceptable that Microsoft can ignore complaints and cause my business harm.

 

The main reasons for me using Hotmail were a) large attachments could be sent and received b) "virtually" unlimited storage which allows me to use the Inbox and Folders as an easily accessible filing system during my travels.

 

Is there another email provider that can offer this service? - I am willing to pay for a reliable service.

From my personal email, I created an alias about 20 months ago to set-up a no-profit organization for people living with lupus.

 

Since July, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is no longer accessible... I have filled the Microsoft form several times but the 'system' immediately replies that 'the information provided is not sufficient to authentify me...'

 

This email address is the whole history of LUPUS Gatineau, with email addresses and phone numbers of EVERYONE, email agreements and discussions with partners and potential sponsors, etc. etc.

 

I MUST RETREIVE THIS ALIAS; SICK PEOPLE DEPEND ON IT. PLEASE HELP ME.

Someone has created an account using my name and phone # and is soliciting information from financial institutions and car companies.  How do I stop them?  I am afraid they are attempting some kind of identity theft and are trying to get additional information.  I have received countless phone calls today from various individuals saying I sent them on-line requests which I did not.  I was told they came from an account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with my phone# attached.  I did not set up this account.

I'm not receiving email from my msn.com account in my outlook on my laptop. Worked fine this morning. Sending emails works fine. I can see the incoming emails when I log-in online or when I check my phone. Also, my outlook is receiving emails from my gmail account.  It's just not coming in from my msn account.  I got a temporary server error code 5102 and and a synchronizing folder hierarchy error.  My thinking is that this is a problem with on msn server end.  Is this correct?  And how can I communicate that to msn?

Tried autorecovery and nothing works.  The only thing in the account is the welcome to outlook.com message.  Need some assistance, I created this account for my daughter when she was born and have been writing her messages and sending photos/video for almost two years and now everything was gone.  It was originally a hotmail account.  Could someone please PM me and give me a hand?

Outlook can send mail via hotmail but it will not receive messages

I am having problems with Outlook retrieving messages from hotmail. I have deleted and re-installed outlook connector. I have tried deleting the account and setting it up as a new account. It will send messages but not retrieve messages. I have no problem on mobile devices. I have 4 mailboxes setup in outlook. My company .com email, gmail, hotmail and a comcast.net account, It was working fine until a few weeks ago. Any Ideas. Thanks
