I have my Junk Mail Filter set to Exclusive, and always have had, but over the last couple of days have been getting a lot more junk mail in the Junk Folder. Is there anything I can do about this? It just seems a bit odd.

Last night my main account was hacked and I cannot enter using my password
it just shows me "Esta cuenta Microsoft no existe. Escribe otra dirección de correo electrónico u obtén una nueva cuenta."
Which means that the account does not exist, but if I try to register with the same name its says it is already taken.
Which is baffling and I don't know what to do.
I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

I have been using my hotmail account for years and went into my setting try to hide my year of birth from the public. In term I got blocked out of my own account saying I am a child and need a parent to verify my age. I went in through a different account
to try to access my own email and it is asking me to verify I am an adult by charging my credit card.
This is absurd. How can I access my emails on my email account which I have been using for many years without being charged for it?
