Microsoft owns Skype, no?
So why is it that their own service's email for Skype (@skype.net), is not white-listed as a safe domain to Outlook.com/Hotmail.com services?

My partner hasn't been able to access his email account. We tried the 2 passwords that he uses however none worked. We have attempted to reset the password and have asked the information to be sent to my email account. He has also filled out the 'I can't
use any of these options' in an attempt to gain access to his account again.
We are yet to hear back from anyone on how we can fix this problem.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!
We have our schedule on one note in skydrive, a couple of us have access to change works fine from pc and all changes sync but unable to edit from ipads.

I created an email account for my minor child. I paid the 50 cent age verification fee, and when I went to then sign in again, post payment, I was then asked to pay for age certification again. Microsoft already sent me an email verifying my credit card
payment went through. How do I move forward past this step. I have tried multiple times, but keep getting asked to pay a second time.

Hi,
It seems my account was closed because the "Terms of Use" were violated.
The blocked address is an address I use for my side-business, so I have no interest in using it in incorrect ways, and generally don't use it very often.
However, I still access to emails in this account, so it's important I get access again.
Furthermore, this is an official address that I reserved as a client Bell Canada.
I requested help and was eventually redirected here.
Can anyone help?

I cannot use the password I have written down to sign into my hotmail account. I tried to reset my password, but am unable to do so, because I don't recognize the email address listed, and when I fill out the information on the account reset page, I am told that there is not enough information to get back into my account. How do I rectify this issue. I tried calling, but am told that all answers are on the support site. I am unable to get anywhere on the site, given that I only have 3 options that I cannot use.
