My email account was hacked. I reset my password and my inbox and the entire Outlook format was in Arabic. How can I change it back to english on my PC, Ipad and Iphone? This is very frustrating.

Hi, the forum moderators have suggested I create a thread for my own instance of this issue. like many others, I've been getting an "error 9" for outlook.com imap intermittently. Please let me know what I should do next.
Originally I had messenger, this was changed to Outlook.com (from my point of view a retrograde step) and no sooner have I got use to this, I now find that when trying to sign in a new window opens and says that I may think that they are being over cautious
and I need to give alternative e-mail address in order that they can send me a logging in code ( or telephone number for same purpose) and that my current security information will be removed in 30 days. So far they have sent me 3 different codes by telephone
: 1 of them 3 times, a different one 2 times, and a single one. NONE OF THESE WORK. So the next step was to set up an alternative e-mail address , this I did with Yahoo and sure enough they sent me yet another new code. Followed instructions recieved and apparently
everything was supposed to be fine dandy. Guess what , the next time I logged onto Outlook.Com to check my e-mails I attempted to log in using the new code number and yes sure enough I was told that this was incorrect. Strange how since then, I am back to
logging in in the manner I had got used to and no more being taken to a new window. DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON ?

I think I screwed up some setting as I was trying to make my computer more secure. Now whenever I try and open an email in Outlook, it sends me back to sign-in. I then try again and it sends me back to sign-in again. I can't fix it. I tried to set my mail and settings back to the original default settings but nothing seems to work. HELP. I need to read my mail.

I can't open my Hotmail account. I created new account. Need to retrieve contacts and old e-mails. Its telling me I tried to many times to access. I tried to reset. Still can't open. How can I fix this. Need Help. Need to talk to a real person.
I opened my Hotmail account weeks ago and checked emails today and I should have a ton, esp important confirmation emails. Nothing is there, what is happening or how can I access?
