My Skydrive is not synced to my Main computer, but it thinks it is. How do I fix this error?

My online Skydrive/Windows 8 Skydrive app show only a portion of my files. But my Skydrive folder on that computer is up to date and shows all current files. I have exited and restarted skydrive multiple times; the blue upload circles go away and are replaced by checkmarks (sometimes) and it says everything is synced. It is set to sync/fetch all files. Now I can't access important files on my work computer because they are only showing up in my home computer. Please help!!

 

The home laptop is a new one; came preloaded with Sky Drive app and created the skydrive folder the first time I used the app. The work computer is running Windows 7 and I installed the PC app myself. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it, hoping that maybe that process would somehow cause the online drive to correct itself.

When I try to scroll text, in the credits slide the text goes past too fast.

I have tried the duration feature.

Not slow enough.

At one point the text was still scrolling when the video started.

I have put carriage returns between words to space out the text.

Is there a way to pre-encrypt files before uploading to SkyDrive?

I'm concerned about security when I back up my files to SkyDrive, and I don't need to sync them to any mobile devices. Is there a way to encrypt files on my SkyDrive before backing them up, perhaps with a password?

My SkyDrive Web Applications are not rendering properly.

When I go into any document (Word, Excel, OneNote) I only see the very top portion of the document in the bottom 3rd of my screen.  This happens across different devices and browsers.  If I open the document through an Office Application, it is fine.  In only happens on Web Applications.  See snipped example of a Word Document below.  You only see the top of the document:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cannot do anything with SkyDrive

My SkyDrive has become completely useless, I cannot upload files and I cannot even modify existing files I have on the drive, including moving them and deleting them.

Does anyone have any explanation why my SkyDrive has completely ceased being useable? It's incredibly irritating since my Windows Phone now has its advantages severely limited...

I am not able to receive reset password email from Instagram

I create my new account in hotmail and I didn't do any changes in the settings, then I use the same email in instagram, but I'm not able to receive the reset password email from instagram, i checked the filter, the junk, I add the instagram email to the contacts which is (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), request another reset email from instagram but still i'm not receiving the email. please advise as I'm able to receive other email except instagram, 

Note: I checked with instagram and they advice to check with the email provider 




Showing messages individually

Why doesn't Outlook store my saved setting for showing messages individually and not by conversation?  Every time I  change it back to 'show messages individually', and click Save, it doesn't store it and when I log back on or sometimes it does it by itself while you're still logged in, it's back to showing 'by conversation'.  Drives me mad!  Please can someone help?
