Unable to load video clips into Movie Maker

I am unable to load video clips (.mov) into Movie Maker. These video clips came for my replay camera taken on the same day. Some of the clips load fine and others don't. I get a pop up message that says the file maybe corrupt or in a format that can't be recognized. The clip questionable clips play fine in Window media player until the very end, last few seconds, when it says that it encountered a problem.

Is the file corrupt and i am outta luck or can i fix it?

i cannot send emails thru hotmail as of yesterday.

I cannot send emails.... says the mail cannot be sent using the server Hotmail.
How do i fix this?

Someone else has my email

I've had my email since 2010. Recently I started to get emails from some website that had to be signed up for. I chalked it up to the person typed in the wrong email address and just have been deleting the messages. Tonight I went to sign up for something and it said that the email was already in use- impossible, I never signed up for this before. So I had them send me a reset password to my email. I got the email, switched the password and got on. It's the same girl from the other emails. I seen in her settings that my email is in there. 
She has my email and I don't know what to do?! What emails of mine has she been getting??
I hate to get another address when all my stuff go to this email...

I entered the wrong age in my hotmail profile.  Now they ask for a parental permission to sign in.  I go around in circles.  How can I access my account?

How do I change outlook from IMAP to POP

I didn't know why my emails were going to outlook AND the free webmail from my service provider (optus).  After many calls between microsoft and optus I was told that my email should be POP.  Optus have all webmail set to pop but the outlook is IMAP.  Microsoft cannot help because they said it was not in waranty agreement???? The problem is that I have a very limited capacity with free optus webmail and because what happens in one happens in the other, including deleting, so my outlook is so limited it's next to usless.  I have very limited computer skills and cannot do this alone. Please help

 

 

Unable to access outlook email for past 48 hours. what is the issue and why not resolved?

I have  been unable to access my account for 48 hours.  the first 24 hours, at least, mail was being bounced back to senders as undeliverable.  oneline tech support said the outlook server is down.  Is anyone else having a probelem? any suggestions?

Im trying to access an account that I havn't used in a long time. I'm guessing it has been expired. this address was used to open my instagram account and it's where an email to reset my passoword on instagram is being sent. please help me retrive this email somehow???!!!!
