i need to recover messages from 2012 which were never deleted by me

In 2012 i received an activation code for something i was to install on my PC however i have now only been able to require this information and when i have gone into my outlook (used to be hotmail) it has gone? This is something i paid for and was rather expensive and it was never deleted by me, so can Hotmail please recover my emails so i can get this code, or court action will be taken.

Every time I start my computer I am requested to log into SkyDrive to syncronize files. If I don't log in, synchronization does not

occur. Until one week ago synchronization occurred automatically. How can I solve this problem?

new Android app – Empty trash

....I see that you recently 'updated' the Android app.  Let us know when you add an 'Empty trash' to the trash file.  I will consider trying Outlook again on my phone if you do that, otherwise I'm sticking with Yahoo (who actually has an 'empty trash').

Newsletter Not Delivered

A newsletter I need to subscribe to is not showing up in my Inbox nor my Junk Mail. I checked the blocked list, added the sender to the safe senders list, checked the management rules to make sure it wasn't deleted.  The sender says they've had this problem with Outlook users before and suggested I contact support. They recommended I ask that a particular IP address be unblocked. I've seen a few other posts in here regarding this same issue with no apparent resolution. I would really appreciate getting a definite answer.

Outlook 2013 Calendar not syncing with my outlook.com calendar

I am currently using Outlook 2013 (part of 365 home premium subscription) on my home PC (Outlook without exchange). My main e-mail is a live.com address and the e-mail and contacts sync perfectly between Outlook on my PC and my Outlook.com account. The tasks and calendar do not sync at all (my Outlook.com calendar and task list is completely blank while my Outlook 2013 calendar has appointments in it). I have recently purchased a Windows Phone (Nokia 920) and need to get my calendars and tasks syncing so I can work across my devices.

 

I have looked on the community and found this support article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2459660 . Under Step 2 it would like me to set up my outlook.com as an account in Outlook which will then create a new calendar which I can copy items across to. However, I have already set my outlook.com in Outlook. Wont this create a duplicate Outlook.com account in Outlook?

I have just posted this same question on the Spanish forum but I'm concerned that this will be faster. 

My problem is that since one month ago, every single time I open my mail online an automatic folder is been created named as "trash" and it has two mails but when I can open it, it's empty.

On the other hand, my sent mails folder is full of mails cause outlook duplicates them, not once but nearly a thousand times each so I'm not able to empty the folder or keep my new sent mails.

This is really annoying me and I'm considering to delete my account in outlook, so please help me.
