Emails stay on my Outlook inbox for only a week. Then they are removed and stored somewhere. This happens also on my iPhone, so I only have emails from the past week. It all works fine on my Mac Mail.

Hotmail messages on Mac Mail work fine.
From the web, accessing Outlook, inbox folder, messages stay for a week Then disappear. Not sure where they are actually stored automatically.
This influences my iphone. It automatically gets rid of messages older than 1 week, even when all settings on iphone are 'unlimited'.

I have a custom domain that is set to auto forward messages to my outlook.com/Hotmail address.  It has been working for well over a year, but suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon.  I have checked my junk email, safe/blocked senders, and email rules.  But nothing has changed and nothing warrants causing an issue like this.  It seems as though something has gotten blacklisted or something else, but I have been unable to trace down the issue.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Messages are being moved directly to deleted folder

All of the emails for one of my accounts are bypassing the inbox and moving straight to the deleted folder. There are no rules set up for this account, and POP is disabled. Any Devices that are set up to access email from this address are setup using IMAP. All the mail is supposed to be forwarded to another account, but it is instead only forwarding a select few messages, and is deleting the rest, even though the back is checked to keep forwarded email on the server, and 99% of the emails aren't being forwarded at all.

normal emailing is fine but as soon as I click on attach internet explorer stops working

I'm trying to set up Outlook.com for fmsassociates.com. I've found previous queries and responses where the solution has been to adjust some settings. Can this be done for fmsassociates.com too please?

Alright This is a load of **** I was having a moment when you forget things and i forgot my email pass so i entered ones i thought it was and what do you know i get blocked out just as i remember a password..... Also i go to recover it and what do you know its my old school email? Sorry what??? I changed it to this current email i am using and it changes it back?? Is this some sort of joke? Anyway i filled out the forum Because i could not use my old school email and what do you know I know Nothing about my account There is nothing i can say about it I have only send 1 message recently That's it, And i don't know who i sent it to So i filled it out and submitted it And it got denied I tried again Same thing happened. What am i supposed do? I've been trying to find a REAL Human not a robot.. can talk to somone via Phone or a chat? About this, Last time this happened it got approved right away and i used this email to recover it.

All my emails, incoming, sent, etc., are not showing up on the screen – seems to be something I may have triggered but cannot find the problem.

I can see my emails coming in on pop ups but I do not know where they are posted. My email screen is blank. When I try to access, I get the message "could not perform this operation because default mail client is not properly installed".
