Items deleted in Mac Mail do not Delete on outlook.com – HELP

Hello, 

If I delete a message on any of my IMAP connected devices (Mac Mail, iPhone) it will automatically delete on all of my other IMAP devices, but not on outlook.com It appears as though it does not sync deleted messages properly. 

For example, if I get a new email and I delete it on my macbook air, it will delete on my iPhone and iMac, but it will still be on outlook.com in the inbox. 

HOWEVER IT GETS EVEN MORE ODD: 

When I delete something from one of my IMAP connected devices, it will put a copy of the message in the trash, but it still keeps a copy in the inbox, and even deleting it from trash on my imap devices only deletes the copy in the deleted folder online.

This is driving me insane, I just switched from Gmail and this should not be happening. 

So to recap:

I receive a message, read and delete it on my iPhone. The message will automatically remove itself from my MacBook and iMac via IMAP syncing. On outlook.com, the message still shows up, one copy in my inbox, and one copy in the deleted folder.

Please help!!

Windows Live Domains and Live Account reset

I'm setting up a new Windows Live domain and wanted to create a new live account for it.
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

The birthdate got put in incorrectly and now I can't continue until I associate it with a parent's account.
I also can't start over as it says the live account is already created.

Can this please be reset?

I can provide any verification needed for the account.

The auto-fill keeps suggesting the E-Mail address with the typo. How do I erase that typo address from memory ?

Re-install Deleted Alias

One of my aliases was deleted by mistake. I need to recover this. I have 1 email, 2 aliases. Each time I tried over the last week, I get rejected, and a note saying "We limit how frequently you can add aliases to your account. Please try again later."
I have a paid Outlook account.

How can we fix this? I can't even add a different alias.

I have accidently removed my live.com email address. I can send a verify email, but cannot log onto my live.com account. How can I resolve this please?

CONTACTS LOST IN OUTLOOK CHANGE

In the change from Hotmail to Outlook my Android doesn’t show all contacts, yet they are intact when using a computer.\

How do you forcibly change the password on an email address?

I've been tasked with looking after some email accounts managed on domains.live.com - the scenario with which I'm now faced is that some of these email addresses don't have documented passwords. There doesn't appear to be an option to simply set a new password directly from the admin interface - is there some mechanism somewhere else where this can be achieved?

As a note, this isn't a password recovery, per se - the account doesn't seem to have been accessed by anyone, but we don't want to risk losing anything which may already be in the Inbox.

I have a new computer with windows 8.  When I set it up I added my primary email account (not outlook mail) to outlook.com.  I use Outlook 13 as my mail program.  I would prefer to keep my Microsoft account but I don't want my primary mail account synced to outlook.com
