I cannot receive any E-mails to my Hotmail or my alias Outlook account.

Hi, I have an issue with the Outlook.com E-mail. Starting today I cannot receive any E-mails to my Hotmail or my alias Outlook account. However I can send an E-mail to office 2010. I tried the suggestions from a recent reply titled I'm not receiving emails sent by my family or friends and to no avail. I also tried to send a test E-mail and this did not work either, but, it does show up in the sent items folder. I am at a loss here and I do not know what to try next. Any help will be appreciated.

I am trying to add a domain "standardparts.co.in" but getting this message - This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

All my emails are gone !!!

I recently into my account (1st time after the outlook.com transition) and all my emails are gone. I notice that my contacts are till there but no sign of any emails. I have important financial, educational , personal emails that I cannot afford to loose. I don't use any POP client(s) and have always accessed it via the browser.

Please help me out here.

This is the second day I am not receiving any email. I I sent an email to myself and haven't received it. It shows there is no new mail. Computer was working fine. What's up?

 

Since Outlook took over Hotmail, my systems freezes when trying to open email or seach. How can I correct this?

How can I stop Outlook from "freezing"?  Since Outlook took over Hotmail, the systems freezes when trying to open emails and when searching.

 

Purchased a Office 365 subscription but the SkyDrive is not updated with additional 20GB space

Hello,

 

I had started a new Office 365 Home Premium subscription. Have now been paying for the last 3 - 4 months now but my SkyDrive storage space is not getting updated to the extra 20GB available with the Office 365 subscription. Is there something I need to do to activate this?

Hotmail Email stopped receiving

I can send emails from my hotmail account but am not able to receive any.  I haven't received any new emails on hotmail for over 24 hours.  I usually receive morning emails from various sites and nothing has arrived.  I've tried accessing my hotmail account from my phone and my laptop with the same results.  Any suggestions?
