Problem with Outlook exchange Sony XperiaZ

Hi Guys, I know you have probably dealt with an issue like this but I would still appreciate your help. My Sony EXperia Z running on Android 4.2.2 cannot sync my exchange emails. The Calendar in the same account however has been successfully linked and it updates as it should. The problem is with the incoming and outbound emails. When It tries to sync, it says "connection error" Please help. I am definite all setting are ok and I have tried to remove and resset the account but nothing.

Skydrive Windows 8.1

I am running two Win 8.1 machines.  I save all of my documents to skydrive.  I have two issues. 


1. On one machine the same 41 files (out of >20k files) always show as "downloading" although individually they all say "completed".  Why?


2. on the second machine I have some file list icons with new additions e.g. the blue arrows on the following:


Where can I find guidance on what these icon add ons mean?

why do my emails deleted themself out of of inbox and go into a pop folder. i dont want that how do i fix it?

L'Account è OK.

La POSTA, i CONTATTI, il CALENDARIO e il resto sono spariti.

Sto chiedendo aiuto da più di una settimana.

Non è corretto agire così. Non ho chiesto io di passare da Hotmail a Outlook.

Fate qualcosa, per favore.
