Receiving multiple mail loops

Hello-My problem is similar to those posted on this Forum. My problem is emails sent to me are sent in large numbers that the  webmaster considers  too large to download. I get a message that the problem could be associated with a mail loop. I am having my Hot mail sent to Comcast,net in case my Hotmail account is highjacked I will do the same for xfinitty connect.  I need to know if this is the cause of my problem and how to correct it? If it is a security problem,I will change my PW. Thank. I am using xfinitty connect,IE11 and Win8.1

I cant even sign into SkyDrive or live.com  on the pc on which windows 8.1 was upgraded. I got this message on my cell, but it doesnt show the "message link" you refer to in this email. What is causing the error message "something went wrong and we cant sign you in right now. please try again later"?. Its been 3 days now getting this same message. It must have something to do with the microsoft upgrade because live.com worked fine til then. please help. I cant access anything you make reference to.

When I go to outlook, my inbox appears without a password. This never happened before. How do I go back to the need for password before my inbx appears ?

When I open Outlook, my inbox appears without the need for entering a password.  This never happened before.  How do I set up Outlook so that a password is required before I get to the inbox?

Can’t find my folder

When SkyDrive starts, I get the message "We cannot find your SkyDrive folder in D:\", but that is where it is and has always been.  When I click "OK" to reconfigure my folder, SkyDrive quits and nothing happens.  Any suggestions?  This just started happening this evening.

Site says certificate is not valid while Family Safety is on

I am trying to access my learning library at my university and I have never had problems before. Tonight I am getting a certificate not valid error message in all three major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome). If I turn off Family Safety the error message goes away and I can get full access, but I do not want to turn it off. The URL that gets blocked is http://www.apollolibrary.com/Library/Library.aspx. 

I also have problems when trying to access my account on Godaddy.com (I host a couple of websites there). I can access the home page, but if I sign into my account I get a jumble of text all over the page and nothing else loads, no images, no tables, etc.

Is there a way I can get these things fixed? The learning library was fine just last week, and now it is messed up.

My account was hacked and I dont send any emails to verify its me. Please Help!!

My computer was hacked a while ago and they also hacked into my Hotmail account and my Facebook account. I cannot recover my Facebook because they have hacked my email so I cant reset my password. And I cant recover my email account because I don't send any emails. The questioner asks to write 3 recently used email addresses (which I don't know any off by heart because I talk to people on Facebook) and recently sent emails but I have not sent an email in YEARS! I get a lot of emails from my friends, family and my derby league but I read them then delete them or talk to them on Facebook. Its been almost 2 months and I'm still not on either my Hotmail or Facebook (but I have made a new email address). My computer is fixed and all protected but no matter how hard I try I still cant get back in my Hotmail account. It says that the automated system does not have enough info to verify that its me. Is there any way to talk to someone about this or can I send a letter verifying who I am. I'm at a loss here and I feel like there is not one real person out there that can help me with this. I would like to talk to someone and not just a computer. If someone knows how I can fix this please help! I'm willing to try anything to get my email and all my contacts back.

Something went wrong (outlook.com on IE 10)

Browser is cleared. Can log in from work computers (not IE 10) and from Firefox. I never change anything (except to install recommended updates). Really getting frustrated with not being able to log in at home on laptop for almost a week now. I've spent quite bit of time in the forums searching. I've followed links for optimizing browser (tried some MS FixIt app, which CRASHED). This happens periodically. Usually if I come back in a bit, I can sign in but not this time.

Errors with Windows Live Email.

Hoping some can help me please. having an issue with windows live mail and in need of some assisstence please. An unknown error has occurred. and it wont let me post the error but ill type what is says,
