My emails have stopped coming through in my Outlook and Mail. No more have appeared for a few hours although I know emails have been sent. I had this problem before and I received help from Microsoft who remotely accessed my computer and appeared to close the account and then i signed in again, i have tried to do this again but have been unsuccessful. What can I do ?
Unable to attach photos to an e-mail , when I begin the process , I get a message that the internet has stopped working , and the system restarts at the beginning of the e-mail , as if I have just begun. Also unable to upload a pic on Facebook ! The process seems to begin , but the upload icon just sits there and spins , and spins , and spins !

I have been trying to delete my live/outlook account. When I click on close account I get prompted to deactivate my outlook account which then takes me to a page telling me to cancel my billing subscriptions. When I follow the link to the billing service I see that I have no subscriptions there or any transactions.

How can I close this account?

Hi, I need the password reset option enabled for my user's account on my custom domain on the Windows Live Admin center. Some accounts on my domain are pass from users to users and I don't want to delete and recreate the same account each time.

I have a spreadsheet that I embed into a forum and update weekly. Recently whenever I try to view the embedded version, or view it with the Excel Web App I get the error message:
"Request was taking too long.
We're Sorry. We couldn't finish what you asked us to do because it was taking too long."

The file opens fine on multiple computers and I can view other excel files with the web app.
I've tested all the features of the spreadsheet previously and they all worked fine on the web app (e.g. Filtering, Sparklines, Dropdowns etc.)

The only thing I can think of is that it's 5MB, is the size an issue?

I have a MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion OS, with a Mac Mail 6.6 (1510) client.  I have 7 email accounts set up on it, with 2 Gmail IMAPs, 4 POP3 accounts from various providers, and one @hotmail.com account, which was until a few days ago set up for POP3 (leave email on Server). 

 

I was thrilled to hear that Outlook.com has finally got IMAP available for email clients like Mac Mail, so I immediately deleted the Hotmail POP account in Mail (through System Preferences -> Mail, Contacts & Calendars) and then set up my Mail app to access Hotmail via IMAP as per your instructions elsewhere.  That's when the problems began..

 

My Hotmail Inbox has 3-4 sub-folders in it.  It started synchronizing all my folders, and got all the folders into Mail, except the Inbox.  (The sub-folders showed under the Mailbox name as click-to-expand arrows, and had mail in them, only to disappear on their own in 10 minutes) 

 

So I thought I did something wrong, and deleted this account as well, restarted the Mac and again set up the account - it downloaded more than 2500 messages (including sent, deleted, etc.), but didn't display them in the Mailbox.  This time, the Mailbox Inbox had no sub-folders, but the sub-folders appeared as individual folders along with Junk, Deleted, Sent, etc below.  However, when I restarted the Mail app - SUCCESS!  It showed all the folders, including the Inbox.  It then worked fine for 3-4 days whilst the Mac was on standby and Mail was not closed. 

 

Sending as well as receiving was working well, except I had the well-documented problem of mails deleted from Mac Mail app inbox not deleting from the Outlook.com server.  (Any updates on this front?)

 

But then, when I restarted the Mac today and launched the Mail app, again the Hotmail Mailbox is showing as empty. No amount or restarting the Mail app is bringing the mails back to show in the Mailbox.

 

Should I go back to POP?  Am I doing something wrong?  All the other accounts setup in the Mail app are working perfectly.

 

I have had 2 hotmail accounts for years. One I access/use daily and the other I use very very rarely... this is the account I cannot access? It says account does not exist?? PLEASE HELP
I've been away from home for most the year and only just returned home. Wile away I used my Iphone to check my hotmail acc and send emails, but after getting home and deciding to sort/delete and file my emails I noticed all my folders gone from my side tab. I've tried to recover them through deleted messages but found nothing. I would really like to get these emails back if possible

I have a data base app (aim) used to manage membership in my organization. I could select a data record and send an email (windows 7 & outlook). Now I get an error "and error has occurred that keeps outlook from working. I have tried fixing it on line but that does not work.
