This is my 2nd post regarding how to close a msn hacked email that I can not access.  Thank you for  your email reply however, both links you provided were not working: one returned to the main outlook email and the  other link lead to an error message page.  I also tried to reply to your email but received undeliverable messages. PLEASE help me close an MSN email account that was hacked and I no longer have access to.  Thank you!

I have a primary outlook.com email account with an account that I have added to send and receive. This second account is a custom domain account configured via domains.live.com, using outlook.com as its provider.

I can log into the second account and send / receive mail, but when I log into the primary account and try and send mail via the second account (which is configured to send and receive) I get a delivery failure. (I have replaced email addresses with *** in pasted message below). Not sure what I am missing or if outlook.com accounts can be configured to send / receive via each other. i.e. this type of configuration only works for adding gmail etc. Has anyone had the same problem / does anyone know a resolution?

My skydrive account currently appears to be read only (and has been for at least a month). I am unable to modify, delete or upload files from both my windows phone and within the web app. There is no way of me changing settings in order to rectify this so I assume it needs to be done from microsoft's end.

Because my C-drive is a 60GB-SSD, i put initially the SkyDrive in D:|Data\SkyDrive. Then i replaced the SkyDrive to D:\SkyDrive.

Now SkyDrive will not synchronize any more. I get the remark:

I upgraded to windows 8.1 this weekend.   My computer has been syncing the files for two day.   When I go to the live sky drive tile it says download (5109) and has been stuck there since yesterday.  I downloaded and ran the sky drive self help tool (SkyDriveBlueSelfHelp.exe).   This restarted sky drive, but it did not fix the problem.    When I right click on sky drive in file explorer, the view problems is greyed out.   This has been  very inconvenient, any help would be appreciated.

Contacts synced perfectly when setting up the account on my Note 3 but have not updated since then even though synch is set to active. mail and calender sync perfectly.

I understand that this can be fixed with an update of my hotmail account. Is this possible please?

I have looked in the deleted box and it has not  there. Where do deleted sent emails go?
When checking the same Outlook.com account on 2 different locations using Outlook 2013 in both:

Some e-mails will show in one computer and in the same account in another computer doesn't receive those e-mails.

When I set up the account freshly, he downloads all e-mails properly from Outlook.com so number of emails in Outlook.com and Outlook 2013 are the same. After a few days some e-mails are missing in Outlook 2013 but show on Outlook.com

Seems to be some sort of server synchronization problem. I've had this posted in Outlook 2013 forums but they said it is a server problem, probably some e-mails on the server are corrupted and this causes problems with Outlook 2013.
