When I click on attachments and choose a photo, it shows it uploading but about 75% of the way through it stops and then shows that there is an error on the file.  I have tried uploading previous photos that I have sent but the same thing happens.  I have tried using another email address but still no joy.  I am using Windows XP.

Community. Can someone please direct me to the task bar or category section on Outlook that directs me to the Manager Section where I can select  different  types of stationary, in essence; samples of letterheads, flyers, and other types of business forms. It use to be easy to locate, but for some unforeseen reason I cannot find the information.

Thanks

I've been using my hotmail account for 15 years and now that I've been switched to Outlook I don't see any of my historical emails.  I used to have 11,000+ business related emails in my Inbox that I could refer to if necessary and they now appear to be gone.  They were in my POP account for a while but now they're not even showing up there.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
I am receiving bounce-back notices whenever I try to send an e-mail to one of my alias addresses. The symptoms are the same as in the other threads I have linked below. My primary account is working fine.

I am unable to search for e-mails that are more than a few days old in my Outlook.com.  This is on a PC NOT a mobile device where there are settings that allow you to store only x number of messages in your inbox.  In fact, when I try to search messages that are a few weeks old, I cannot find them.  Yet, I have messages dating back to 2000, so they are there, but I cannot use the search function. Please advise how to restore default search functions to find e-mails by a name - not just from and by as keywords.  Outlook.com is really not easy to navigate.

Hi,

I am trying to buy more storage from SkyDrive.com, but when I get to the billing page it only shows me the option to use a US credit card. I am not given the option to change the country. I am based in the UK.

I have spent 2 hours on chat and phone support from Microsoft trying to solve this problem but none of them could do it. I've logged in and out from 4 different browsers used private modes checked that all website settings were set to UK. Even the SkyDrive URL shows en-GB when I have logged in. I have used support from: https://commerce.microsoft.com/paymenthub/help and http://answerdesk.microsoft.com .

Before I give up, does anyone know of any other way to resolve this or if I can buy a code to add more storage to my SkyDrive account?

I think I have exhausted the support options because the people I have contacted could not resolve the problem.

Thanks,

Keith

I have just upgraded from W 8 to W 8.1. I am getting "your Skydrive could not be created on this PC" can anyone help please?
I am attempting to set up outlook.com email for a client with a custom domain, namely: paulayates.co.uk. When I try to get started, I get the response that the domain name contains a protected word or inappropriate language. It doesn't - it is just made from the client's name (Paula Yates). It is to be used for simple family email. Please tell me how we can proceed. Thanks.
I have just sent an email to my customers in a contact group and I need to forward it to another 6 contact groups.

I keep being told that my mail has reached maximum and I need to delete something, but it cannot possibly be full.

I used to be able to do this regularly when I was using the old Outlook.

Please help.

I have been trying to sort this out for the past month.  I have received private messages asking me to give specific details such as my email address and even send a photo of the error message, but nobody has then helped me further.

I really am wasting so much time, effort and money on this problem.

Why can somebody from Microsoft not contact me?
