Dear all,

I can't access my e-mail. The following message is appeared.

"We can't connect to Outlook right now. Please try again later. "

 

I tried to get the help from Microsoft Community but there is no results.

For further information, I am using:

* Internet Explorer 11 "latest version"

* Silverlight 5 "latest version"

* Windows 7 x64bit

- I deleted all the temporary internet files and cache.

- It is work normally when I am using another browser.

Preface: to distinguish between the Outlook.com mail service and the Office 2013 mail client Outlook 2013 (many, many posts don't distinguish which one is being discussed), I'm going to use CAPS to refer to the web email service Outlook.com as OUTLOOK.com. I am not yelling.

I have an OUTLOOK.com address. It is recent and was never a Hotmail or other Microsoft account. I added it to my Outlook 2013 client through automatic setup. Outlook set it up as an Exchange ActiveSync account.

Until about a week ago, I was able to send and receive OUTLOOK mail from my Outlook client. Recently though, I can only receive. If I respond to a message, or create a new message, the message stays in my Outbox.

I can send and receive by using a browser and logging into my account at OUTLOOK.com, but I cannot send anything from Outlook 2013. Has something changed? I removed the account, closed Outlook, then added it back - with the same results. If I click Repair from the Account Settings menu in Outlook, an error message says "Outlook cannot discover settings for your account because a network connection could not be established. You may need to turn off Work Offline to automatically configure this account."

I have checked and I am not working Offline. As far as connections go, I have my main Office 365 account setup in Outlook 2013 and it connects just fine. If I click Change in the Account Settings menu, it connects successfully to OUTLOOK.com.

I have disabled my firewall, on the off chance that had something to do with it, but it still won't send, only receive. Any suggestions would appreciated.

I am not receiving ANY emails on my outlook account.
NONE.   I am expecting some important emails and I am not getting them.

This discussion is about my email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I can not access account.

This is the third time in a year Outlook arbitrarily stops retrieving/receiving emails from one of my yahoo accounts. The previous two times I was unable to get it to work and Microsoft tech people also had a difficult time getting it to work, but they eventually were able to. Do you know why this keeps happening? And why I can't get it to work again when it does happen? And, most importantly, how I'/we can get it to work?

I also need to print an attached file.
But my computer at work doesn't respond when I click to download the file.
At home everything works fine.

Do I need to install a program (active X?) to open my attachments?
Could you tell me which one?

so i didnt sign up for an outlook account, idk home many others in the world didn't but it won't let me add my old email address as an alias (when i try it just says, sorry this email address is already taken, WELL **** YEAH ITS MINE) my alias for outlook had to be different and some now my work emails arent going to come to me and i dont have any of my contacts so i cant tell any one at my work until i go in tomorrow which is a long time for me i actually am so angry but wisely outlook has no complaint sector what do i do?
How do you access a secondary alias and move between the main and secondary alias?   Why doesn't the secondary alias show in my profile?
My Hotmail account converted without my knowledge to Outlook.  During this conversion I lost my very detailed calendar which was in sync with my ipad and iphone.  Please help!
