Hello, I have one primary Outlook.com email address and 3 aliases. Emails sent from the aliases all show the display name of the primary. This is not what I wanted. How can I change the display names of the aliases while keeping the email addresses intact?

My accouut *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I have had since about 1998, has apparently now been allocated to a Ruth Cherry, apparently in the USA. I receive messages for her all the time. How do I resolve this please.

When I create an excel survey on SkyDrive, create and put a link for filling it on a webpage, how long will the survey stay available?
Will it stay there indefinitely, or will the link be disabled after some time? If it will be disabled, do I get any notification about it?

Over the past 6 months outlook has removed emails from my account without me deleting them. recently i have lost a lot of emails that i needed and can't find them. i have a pop folder where emails had been sent before, but nothing gets sent there now.
If this doesn't get sorted soon i will be deleting the account. No more microsoft!

Windows live mail on two of our computers are acting crazy. they are downloading thousands of messages/emails which are non-existant every now and then. the downloading just goes on and on and never stops until we find it out and manual stops it. During this time we do not receive any real emails that have been received at the webmail server. it is webmail of a company that has been configured in the windows live mail client and we always delete the past emails from the email/webmail server. Still this phenomenon occurs and this is realy annoying. please help me to find a solution to this problem

How do I handle issues with MX record or pending DNS configuration error?
I have created the required MX record but I am getting a 'Your service is Suspended. Please make the required DNS changes.' error. As far as I can see the MX record is right. i have 2 additional MX record pointing to godaddy servers, It is a problem?
also i created TXT records
