Issue with my hotmail account being hacked

The issue I have is that  I can not edit my security info because someone changed the email associated with the security info, and it is not ours.  How do I fix this issue?

This domain name can’t be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.‏

Both gave that error....

All my emails are gone after upgrading to outlook )):

All my emails were deleted after upgrading from hotmail to outlook
I had many and many important emails .. The email was completely active  the last 365 days
I followed all the steps to get them back but nothing
Please help, there were many important emails for me )):

We are having a problem with our email being sent out wither a single or a group. The message comes back from the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that our mail wasn't delivered. This only started when our accts Hotmail & live  were changed to outlook & stopped linking the accts together so that we could jump from one to the other. We have spent way to much time trying to correct this problem without any success.

Merged Account no longer accessible!

I have a @hotmail.com account and a @live.com account. To avoid having to log in and out to access both accounts, I merged the two. My @live.com account was the primary. Since the update to Outlook I have been unable to access my @hotmail.com account. The option that was under my name in the top right hand corner to access my @hotmail.com account is no longer there. When I try to log in normally I get the following screen.


It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours.


I started this account 15 plus years ago and cannot remember all the details for unlocking it. Does any one have a solution other than create another account?

My Outlook has been down yet again ALL day Whats going on you guys need to sort this real quick....I cant run my business like this....It wont load my mail and I cant see my mail I click on them and it just keeps saying something went wrong.......Really....!!!!!!

Also I had two other emails *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which were business mails linked to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account and you are now saying I have to go and sign in on those separately.....This is just a step back.....I am loosing business in a major way........
