My business emails that I send to customers who use hotmail / outlook are not being received.
This is a recent occurrence, over the last month.
My business email accounts are POP, hosted and serviced by site5 hosting.
I use Mac mail.
I have also tried WebMail from the same account but again, to no avail.
I have spoken to the hosting company numerous times and have been through all avenues their and our end.
There is no bounce back. All emails are successfully sent.
They are just not received at all via the hotmail / outlook account.
I have seen lots of complaints about this, but never a clear answer.
I really need this problem rectifying as it's having a direct negative affect on my business and customer relations.
Kind Regards,
Andy

I followed the link. The "responded to your support request" was just asking me a couple of questions. Something like did I change anything recently. I can't login to see the actual questions. However, I posted a response to the proposed questions.
The next email I received was:
Microsoft would like your feedback
Dear Microsoft Customer,
Thank you for using our services. We would appreciate 2 minutes of your time to answer a few questions about your recent contact with our team...
I'm not going to type all that in. It was a request for me to take a survey! There idea of support was to ask me two (2) questions! They provided NO answer/solution! I took the survey. Microsoft's wonderful support aside;
I can no longer log into my account. Why? hotmail/outlook.com is now requiring a cell phone/alternative email address for an account I have had since 1999. I DO NOT have a cell phone. I DO NOT want a digital leash (cell phone). My hotmail email account is the only one I have. It is the only one I've used. It is crazy to create an account for the sole purpose of validating an existing account. I don't want another password. I don't want to occasionally log into an account just to keep it active so that it doesn't get disabled.
I am locked out of my account (and support) because I don't have a cell phone or alternative email address.
I have recently set up a Japanese restaurant and bought a new domain. I would like to set up e-mail for my domain but Microsoft has denied saying the domain name can't be used because it contain protected word or inappropriate language.
The domain name is www.fukudahk.com
Fukuda is a very common Japanese surname and which is also the surname of our chef, I do not believe this is in anyway inappropriate. I would be grateful if you can kindly help to resolve.
Thank You.
Best Regards,
Geoffrey
