Outlook prompted me to request a security code to sign in, but the number that called me with the code showed up as a person's name: Jose Bohl. Was this an attempted hack? If it's legit, please someone ask Microsoft to use a better identifier. It is is

Since Outlook.com, all my mails have dissappeared from my account. Contacts are there, but all mails have been deleted. I need them back. They were old, but I still need them!!!

I have two email addresses that were in Hotmail and I assume are now in Outlook. I only use one, and I would like to delete the other. How do I do that? Thank you.
Trying to send to a "Group" Email that I send to regularly and keep getting this error
"Please use the following format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you're using category names or nicknames, make sure you don't have any typos. Possible typos: patricia53@"
And, if I delete that email,. it just keeps adding another one as the error

I've recently installed Movie Maker and I can't get it to run. It starts up and then crashes instantly and gives the following error.
I've checked my settings and drivers and everything is up to date and seems like it should work. Attached below are screenshots of those settings. Can anyone offer any help? I'm using a Dell Inspiron N5050.

I inadvertently changed my year of birth on my hotmail account to 2013, and now I am locked out and unable to access my account without a parental log in. It does not give me the option to return to my DOB drop down box, and when I sign in with another “parent” email, it prompts me to enter a credit card number to verify my age (>18). I have contacted the chat support and filled out the age verification form, but it was, apparently, for the subscription version of hotmail. I acknowledge that I am technologically illiterate, and the forum is much more advanced that my ability, however, as I am not, in fact, a nine month old infant attempting to operate an email account, I would like to be able to access my own hotmail account. As previously stated, I am behind the curve when it comes to technology, and specifically, computers. Please type slowly and with very “dumbed-down” terminology. Please and Thanks!
