I was told that people can start identity theft just by starting with your birthday. I thought I was being clever and set my birth year to 2013 for security reasons, now I can't get into my hotmail account, says I need parents permission! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks very much
as I need to get back into this account.
I have a custom domain setup using outlook.com.  My wife and I both have accounts on it.  My account is working great, no problems.  My wife's account periodically can't send emails.  They show up in her sent items on outlook.com, but people won't receive them including emails sent to my email address that is on the same domain (and therefore on outlook.com).

It doesn't seem to matter what email client she uses (web, wp8, w8, ipad, etc), they will all appear to work fine.  Emails will be in the sent items folder, but the recipient will never get it.  There's nothing in my wife's account to be able to differentiate a successfully sent email vs one that failed.  All of the emails that were set are visible in outlook.com in her sent items.

I can't imagine anything that could be changed on her account to address this, it seems like a system issue.  I also can't find any way to report this to Microsoft directly.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

[Original title: email]

I'm suddenly unable to reply to an email, or get any response from the ""new" tab to write a new email. Everything else seems to be working well...still receiving emails.
I clicked the "Go Offline" button by mistake.  Now, every time I click "Go Online" I get a window saying "You are currently offline. Would you like to go online?" I click "Yes" and hundreds of more windows like it pop up.  I click yes on each and it is still offline.
Does the same when I click "Send/Receive" button to get email.

Need help getting back to "Working Online" status to download email.
I cannot get email downloaded from website.
Thank you for any help.

I have used Hotmail for many years and now I can not access my e-mail as well as getting photos from this web site.

Every one with whom I have contacts uses this address.  I don't know how to correct the problem.

I've tried registering domain gamesonar.net in Windows Live Command Center (https://domains.live.com/Signup/SignupDomain.aspx) but I get following error message

"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

Best regards, AndrewJ.

So, I have Windows Live Movie Maker 2011 on my laptop; I think that means it's like version 15 or 15.4 or something? Anyways, it's WLMM 2011..

It used to work just fine; I made almost 25 videos for my YouTube channel on it. Then, almost exactly a week ago (tomorrow will be a week), I saw that it could update, so I figured okay, why not update to the latest version? BIG mistake. It updated to the 2012 version, which cannot run on my computer, since my laptop is about 3-ish years old, so it doesn't meet the minimum requirements and such. I completely uninstalled it, and then went to go and re-download the 2011 version so I could go back to making videos, but then once I did that... WLMM 2011 no longer works on my computer! It says my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I found that strange, considering that's what I was using before, yet now that I got it back, it keeps giving me that error message.

I looked at the minimum requirements, and apparently it says that your processor needs minimum 2.4GHZ, but mine apparently only has 2.2GHZ? I don't get how that's possible if my computer used to run WLMM 2011 before?

If it helps, my operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, build 7601), and I use the latest version of Google Chrome as my web browser, if that means anything.

I tried restoring my computer to an earlier time before I updated to WLMM 2012 and ruined everything, but before I had that idea, I ended up removing/uninstalling a bunch of other programs I didn't need on my computer, so now the earliest time I can restore my computer to is already past the point where I've been having this problem, so it won't help me.

If anyone can please help, that would be greatly appreciated! I have close to 500 subscribers on my YouTube channel and promised some requests before all this happened, and I really don't want to (and can't) disappoint or annoy them.. and I need that version of WLMM to make my videos properly. If you need any more details, please let me know and I'll provide them.

Thank you so much for your time!
