How can I remove 'KR-Personal Account' from my hotmail.com > Account settings > Billing > 'KR-PersonalAccount ?
I have 2 problems with uploaded files. I'm using IE9, Win 7 SP1, and Silverlight is installed. I have uploaded and tried to share these files
The first is a 168MB .mpg4 file. When I try to play the video it is broken up and jerky, unwatchable.
The second is a 400MB .mov video clip. When I try to play this one I get a message, "It is not possible to play this file..." (or words to that effect) and suggests downloading the file.
Are these issues to do witht the file sizes? If so what is the limit?
David

I reset the password again, and when I logged in it took me to the same page that says I need to verify my account, and again it only lists the email I don't have access to anymore, so it says I need to do the questionnaire. It's just taking me through a never ending loop and I'd like it to end.
Thanks for the help.

I received the notification a few days ago that my SkyDrive account has been taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct. It really surprised me to see this, because I use my SkyDrive for all of my file storage needs. I haven't been on SkyDrive for a couple of weeks due to travelling, so I don't see how I could've violated anything. I submitted a ticket to the Online Safety Team and never got a response back within the "24 hour" time period. My wife & son have access to my SkyDrive and occasionally uses it for sharing pics with family members. I re-submitted another request today to have my SkyDrive account unlocked. It's really frustrating to have this happen without warning or notice so that people can actually look at their own account and try to fix the issue themselves. If you could please look into this, I would great appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
