Morning,

 

Another request to shut down an un-used Windows Live account which still has Orange Windows Live Mobile Messenger associated with it.

 

I have not used Orange Windows Live Mobile Messenger for a number of years, so I can not cancel the subscription via Orange as I no longer have any account details.

Hello,

after migrating from POP to IMAP, I cannot access one of my live accounts from thunderbird client.

Both live accounts were changed from POP to IMAP, using imap-mail.outlook.com, IMAP/SSL/993.
One account works fine, for the other one the IMAP server returns:
  • "error 10. Server error. Please try again later."
on IMAP-login. I double-checked the password against the still working POP configuration. I double-
checked settings for any differences to the account working fine with IMAP.

I have Thunderbird logs that show two authentication types failing before TB gives up.

Both accounts can still be accessed via POP or web.

A similar issue was already reported here.

Hi,

I see this error when I try to login to skydrive that my account has been shutdown/temporarily taken offline.When I contacted the support team, they said nothing was wrong with the content I stored and it should be a technical glitch.I tried several times later but I still get the account shutdown error, can someone please help.It is pretty urgent.

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU

I get this error message when I try to register my domain on domains.live.com
I have added few already they were all fine and only that one giving that error message "www.globalsecurity.com.tr".

Please help me asap.

please help when we try and reply to an email that we've always been able to send to we get the following error:

The reason for the problem:

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"OU-002 (COL0-MC1-F21) Unfortunately, messages from IP ADRESS weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."

  how will we get our address off the blocked list.

I am not recieving any emails since two days ago, but I can send to another with the account in question but all others are not getting through. Friends, family and employer cant reach me via email. Need help fast!

Additional info: i've cheked junk mail settings and blocked sender list, nothings wrong with them.

my domain email was *******@smart.co.id, and moved from hotmail to outlook

all forums and threads that I subscribed told me to validate my email. they said that my email is invalid.

Can someone help me with this very simple task which I successfully did in the past but it is now pathetically a failure, frustrating and ridiculous. I followed all the instructions of going to mail then setting, tapping accounts and .... nothing works. So here's what I was and still is trying to do: I wanted to create 2 additional email accounts. From the mail app, it didn't work. I then went to outlook account and was able to set up the additional email account/aliases. I thought I did until I tested it and in my inbox I got "delivery status notification (failure)". I removed the added account aliases and repeated the process of adding email accounts. Same thing - "delivery status ..failure". I'm sure you know what to do. Thank you.

I've seen latest reply to this question made on September 18 that it should be fixed, but it still is not working for our domain.

 

http://www.nobrakesgames.com/ is currently a site for our No Brakes Rally title. We would like to use outlook.com for mail services @nobrakesgames.com.
