AOL mail stopped forwarding to my Outlook inbox

I've had my Outlook e-mail for about 6 months now and all of a sudden this week my mail from my old AOL account stopped showing up in my Outlook inbox. I haven't changed any settings on either account. I am receiving dozens of e-mails on my AOL account every day but they don't show up in my Outlook inbox.

Problem with Outlook connector?

I have Outlook 2007 installed on Windows 7 machine, and connected to my hotmail account through Outlook Connector. Today I tried syncing my mail. After few minutes of send/receive and counting percentage of what was done, I got this status

There was nothing new in Outlook folders, in spite that my windows phone 8 device reported several new e-mail messages. I could see those mails using IE, but I like having them on my computer when I can’t go online.

Any help, please?

 

hotmail codes that dont work

for the past 2 days I have been ask for a security code to get into my account when I get it and put it in there it tells me its wrong in the mean time I spend an hour trying to log into my email how can I stop it please make it stop

Unable To IM Other Live Accounts With Outlook.com

Recently I decided to cleanup my contacts across my various accounts.  I now have everyone in my live.com account with just a few in one of my Gmail accounts so I can IM them; they do not use any of the MS accounts.

It took a while but I am able to IM my Google contacts but surprisingly I still cannot IM my contacts who have a Microsoft account.

This happens on both my personal Windows 8 machine and my work Windows 7 machine.  I primarily use Opera but I also use IE.  It happens in both browsers.

On a side note, one contact who, like me, has both Microsoft and Google accounts, only shows up as connected via Google.  It is also worth noting that this person does not use their Google account and so the best way is to connect with them with a Microsoft account.

Any ideas?

My email will not send/receive messages on laptop only (works with iphone).  Receiving error 0x80041003; Error:5102;SyncBinary failed; response code DbError; server response '720.  Any suggestions?

Outlook 2010 can’t send or receive messages

In Outlook 2010 it suddenly stopped send and receive function.  I receive error message 0x8004103 and error 5102

SkyDrive Sync Ate My Pictures & Space

I have posted to a few support threads but no one from Microsoft is responding.  I need help finding my pictures and figuring out what is going on with my lack of space.

On Sunday night, 9/29, I realized too late that all of my files deleted as I sync'd new pictures to the cloud.  Something changed my SkyDrive sync settings and deleted all non-local files.  However SkyDrive was 'nice' enough to save the empty folder structure and synch the empty folders to my pc.

All support points me to restore from the SkyDrive recycle bin within 3 days - that is today - but I only have 1 empty folder in the bin.

There is no phone support and I am directed here.

There is a confusing lack of drive space available to me.

I only have 25.5 GB remaining.

I have 7 GB Free and purchased 100 GB.  That should be 107 GB even by everyday math standards.

I have thousands of missing pictures which should be 0 GB.  Then there is the 15.9 GB that is being loaded from my local hard drive to the cloud.

How does that leave me with 25.5 GB?  What am I paying for here?
( 7 + 100) - 15.9 = 25.5?
Are the missing files actually taking up space somewhere and can be restored?

Someone please reply.

 

Server Error 5102 and Windows Live mail Error

I am having the same Server Error 5102 and Windows Live mail Error.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (toddlamarche) account.

Server Error: 5102

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

 I am worried about removing my account and reconfiguring as I have tons of folders in the account with all my history. If I remove and reconfigure what happens to my folders?

 

Can’t open attachments in outlook app

Hi people,

First off I've had a look and no other threads seem to help with my question, they all seem to relate to accessing outlook through the Web.

I've just downloaded the outlook app on my new android phone, and I can't open any attachments. I've downloaded adobe reader but still no joy.

It's a pdf that I'm trying to open, they're just showing up like standard text and I'm unable to click on them.

Any help would be great.
