EDIT OUTLOOK HOTMAIL CONTACTS WHERE?

Hey folks, I'm still trying to figure this out.

I wrote down an email address I wanted to add to hotmail (now outlook)

Where it's not:
The smiley face menu.
The gear menu.
The menu under my name.
Account settings.
Additional Options.

The Official Help only shows options that don't exist.  

Accessing To/CC/BCC only shows a small window of 4 of my current contacts.  No way to edit, add or delete them.

Any help appreciated.

Downloading Buss Contact Mgr. for Office 365

I am trying to download Buss Contact Mgr. after downloading Office 365.  I keep getting an error saying to remove previous versions of Microsoft Sequel Server 2208 which I have already done.  Any thoughts on how to correct this??

security info: alternate email address not working!!

Hi,

Any help is appreciated.

I want to update my security info with a current email address. When I say the old email address is not valid it asks "Since you don't have access to your current security info..." and offers a possibility to verify with a mobile phone number or an alternate email address. I'm not giving microsoft my mobile number and when I use the alternate email address (to a gmail account) it doesn't send the necessary code!

Can this issue please be solved. Thanks.

password reset links do not work, links are expired

i have been trying to access my secondary email account for three days now. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked. i have filled out the required information to reset the password. when i recive the link to reset, usualy within 3 mins of filling out the form, im told that the link is expired. i need this account to be fixed. when i ask for help im given a generic response of "you need to fill out the required account recovery information"! ive done this countless times and the link that is immediately sent to me comes back as being expired. please someone help.

I have two issues. The first is that I can no longer be logged into both my Hotmail accounts at the same time. I used to be able to switch from one to the other but this is no longer possible following the upgrade to outlook. You did send me a work around but I seem to have deleted it by accident. Is it possible to send again to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

 

The second problem is that I now have a Samsung tablet which I am using more and more instead of my laptop (Windows 7). When I log into my Hotmail account on my tablet, I only get the emails received or sent since I first logged on to my tablet a couple of weeks ago - there is no previous history. My personal folders are all there but they are empty. How do I resolve this and sync the 2 devices?

Obviously, I have not been able to update or delete files on the SkyDrive since. However, since this is almost a week and I did not receive an update, was wondering if all users of SkyDrive are facing this problem.

The ability to let e-mails from 1 or more e-mail addresses be automatically send to a folder for example you have a ''work folder'' and go to options to add their e-mail addresses to receive their mails from, and you can see the number of unread work-related mails and personal e-mails from people like a ''bob, or steve folder''.

Hi......
 I received a welcome letter/mail from Microsoft mail team describing latest products on configuring outlook7 . The mail has been received from microsoft server and is not the self generated one. 

 I want to know the reason for the same. Is it because of any profile preference ??
