There is no option “Send/Recive” on Outlook.com and unable to receive mails but can send

Hi,

My issue regarding accessing my old email address is still ongoing.  I opened a thread awhile ago under http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/wlsecurity/cannot-verify-account/1660d2b7-f277-4980-a376-379955b8980e but it's now closed due to lack of feedback.  The last time I responded I never receive a response back so gave up but I'm still determined to get into my account.

I recently, for the fun of it being possibly the 12th time, tried to reset my password but this time around my new mobile number came up so I could finally confirm the reset - joy.  I was sent a code, reset my password and logged in only to be confronted by the dreaded "It looks like someone else is using your account" message.  I had to confirm my account again but this time when I went to select the mobile number to confirm, only my old number shows up....

This has been going on for probably over a year now and I think we can all agree that taking over a year to try and unlock my account is ridiculous.  Please don't ask me to fill in the questionnaire again as I've explained I've done this more times than I care to remember.  I understand you take security very seriously and I credit you for that but when it comes to the point where it actually hinders the user from getting into his account at all, it ends up boiling down to your better judgement or never being able to access their account ever again.

Can someone who is willing to help actual advise how I can prove I'm the owner of my original email when I can no longer use the methods provided?

On a side note I know it may sound like I'm being rude but please understand it's taken over a year to try and get into my email and I'm no further from day 1 of trying so I apologise if this is taken personally.

Kind regards
i accidentally pressed the hacked button and now all my files and emails have been deleted. how can i retrieve folders and such? have already attempted to recover deleted emails, but no success?
I am on a laptop with windows 8 and my daughter has a windows 7 laptop with family safety installed (came with it). i set time limits and they usd to work and my reports are saying she is running the computer 24hours at times and it isn't logging out.
I am unable to access her computer and would like the time set to reasonable hours so she is encouarged to sleep between midnight and 5 am!
Is there anything I can do and if not myself then her housemistress; she is away at school.
Hi, I am 53 and I have never taken a computer class. I purchased my HP computer Home windows 7 loaded with Starter-To-Go Office 2010.  Outlook does not work anymore.  I have to Refresh constantly, and the internet symbol flickers a lot, and now I can't receive e-mails.  I searched and searched the internet for a fix. Every suggestion either does not work or is too complicated for me to understand. The Outlook Upgrade to the 2013 version page is mind boggling to me.
I have:
Opened in Safe mode, Outlook/Safe and got a warning
Tried to find Trust Center, I don't have it, I do not believe I have Add-ins anyway
Cleared cache
Ran Microsoft full scan
Uninstalled McFee which loads every time I update Adobe
Searched Firefox Help
I have tried so many other ways. Please can you help?  I can't afford to to upgrade to the full version of Office and do not need it. If you suggest uninstalling Outlook will I loose everything?  If I uninstall Office I am afraid I will not be able to to reinstall it because I do not have a key. I can not receive a message from Microsoft that I got a response to my question because I can't receive e-mails. How can I find out if someone responds to my question easily in this forum (via internet}?
Thank you.

How do I save multiple email addresses from an email message?  In Hotmail, there was an option to save multiple addresses in the "To:" box but I can't seem to find that option.  Can anyone help?  It can't be as archaic as copying and pasting each individual email address.  I have an email message with 20 addresses.

P.S.  I miss the old version!
cannot do a search for prior emails though the contact DOES appear in the contact list
