When I try to send a picture to my friends via Outlook and go to insert, I get a message that says “We’re still getting set up. Please try again.” What does that mean?

Hello:

I'm trying to send a picture I took on my iPhone to one of my friends but when I do to the "Insert" menu and click on "Attachments" a message pops up that says, "We're still getting set up. Please try again." What does that mean and how do I fix this problem so I can send pictures through my Outlook email?

Someone has linked their hotmail.com account to mine

I have received e-mails today from Microsoft which appears to show another hotmail.com account has been linked to mine. I do not know this account. I have not attempted to link other accounts to mine in the past. The emails where not in English, but another language. Please help, I am worried that someone might be trying to gain access to my hotmail account.

Forgot the password (hotmail), but Microsoft is NOT sending the password email link to my gmail!!

Hi all,

I have forgotten my hotmail password (f-al******** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and the case number is (103521414)

I've added my other gmail account (ez****** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and hotmail mentioned that they will email me a reset link with no success.. It's not in the junk folder as well!!

Can you please tell me what is wrong?

Permanently Remove Documents Folder

I am using Windows 8.1 Pro RTM and every once in awhile I notice that a new folder called Documents appears on my SkyDrive.  I assume this is because Windows wants to automatically store my documents in the cloud.  I prefer to organize this myself without using a Documents folder.  Is it possible to stop the automatic creation of this folder (which seems to occur randomly)?

Trying to get remote access and says sending security code not texting nor call nor emailing tried two phone numbers and different emails and nothing. Nothing spam or any where. I have relied on this to get access to my data remotely but like many Microsoft products Office 2013 being one now unreliable and faulty. Sad but since you messed me up I can get my company to remove some licenses. Minor probably a few $1000 but if we all did this then they would hurt when things broke.

Why isn’t Windows Live Mail a part of Windows 8.1?

I know that the people in this community probably don't have that much knowledge concerning the decision of the subject, but I'm really wondering why Windows Mail Desktop isn't a built-in part of Windows? Apple bundles all their software with their Macs, will it really be too expensive for Microsoft to bundle these with Windows 8.1 and Windows R.T. 8.1? it could significantly help desktop users with a Windows R.T. Tablet-P.C.

Can’t Login into Outlook.com account after changing primary alias

Created a new alias in my old Hotmail account. Made it my primary and now cannot access emails via PC or phone.
