Hello all,

I need help trying to set my image duration to be a decimal lower than 1.0 seconds. Ideally I'd like .3 seconds. I do have the most up to date version of Window Movie Maker. I can do decimals above 1 second, but not below. 

My question is, is this intended, or is there something I am missing? I cannot find any answers pertaining to the newer program. Also there doesn't appear to be any support department for this program....

I am using .jpgs to make a video file.
