How can I transfer my Windows Live Photo Album photos from a Windows 7 computer to a Windows 10 computer?  I have 32,000 photos many of which are tagged with information that I do not want to loose.  When I download WLPA to the new computer how do I prevent it from immediately populating with photos from a master file already on that computer?
