I have recently dowloaded Windows live movie maker on my windows 8 laptop. The download went smoothly but when I inputted a video onto the software, a little message popped up saying, " Windows is preparing your files to make it easier for you to edit them." . The preparing of the files starts automatically, or it should do anyway. The problem is that the files don't get prepared (or whatever else is supposed to happen) it just doesn't continue doing its thing, it stops. This leads to the next problem. I cant edit my videos at all. I can input them but i cant see anything (from the video). Please help me and give me a helpful tip!
