Up until two weeks ago my Windows Live Mail was working just fine and one day when I needed to use it and clicked on the WLM icon on my taskbar, it started trying to open WLM but then I got this:

              "Windows Live Mail Could not be started.  The application was  unable to open the
               Windows Live Mail store.  Your Windows Live mail mailbox data is currently being
               used by another program such as a virus scanner, Close the program or wait for it
               to complete its operation, then open Windows Live mail again (0x800C0155)"

I have tried repairing Windows Live Esential 2012 about six times, have unistalled Windows Essentials 2012 once or twice and reinstalled it, have gone back to a restore point before I started having the problem and tried to restore to that point but I keep getting failure notices that  repairs or reinstallations have failed because it couldn't install "Mail", "Photo Gallery" and "Movie Maker."

Does anyone have a suggestion??  I really need this program on a daily basis and have been without it for two weeks now.
