Hi,

My Windows Live Mail will not start after following the Microsoft instructions to defrag the WLM database. The previous problem was email that would not open. So I did this: esentutl.exe -d "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Mail.MSMessageStore"

Now WLM and I are dead in the water even after restart and wait for antivirus to stop all scanning. Error message says it is being used by another program such as antivirus. My antivirus never affected WLM before.

How to fix, please???
