On Windows XP (also Windows 7) Windows Live Mail sometimes shuts down without warning, especially after trying to reply to an e-mail or forward one on. The Rich Text format when pressed also will not work and triggers shutdown. It is getting really frustrating. Any clues as to how to prevent these problems?
