I am using Windows 7, with Windows Live Mail as my email server.   I subscribe to Spectrum internet.  Suddenly the password box came up, will not accept the password and will not allow sending and receiving of emails.  When I set up  the account on this computer, I purposely did not enter a password just to avoid this. I read that I must use the same password as the on-line email provided by Spectrum.  So I entered that on the Accounts, Restarted my computer, and received the same result.   Twice I have gone to the Control Panel and 'repaired' Microsoft Essentials, which WLM is a part.  No change.  I went on the Spectrum website and followed their instructions as to setting up email.  The only thing I couldn't change was the POP3 to IMAP.   Now I get Error codes 0x800CCC90, 0x800CCC92 and 0x800CCC17.  How can I fix this so I can receive my email.  I have tried other email programs and found this is the best one for me.  Please help.
