I recently purchased a Dell laptop with Windows 10 and installed Windows Live Mail. All was ok for 2 days but then received a message  Unable to send or receive messages for xxx account. Time out occurred while communicating with server.

Error: 0x800CCC19

Protocol: POP3

Port: 110

Secure (SSC): No

Any ideas on how to resolve the problem?
