Below is my previous message and that was sorted I thought but it has happened again.

I need to recover all the messages in that account, all the other accounts are OK.

"I had three identical email accounts with different email addresses and one disappeared. When I try to add it again either as IMAP or POP ( with identical settings) the username or password is not recognised. I need it back to release the lost messages."
