Hi, I wonder if you can help
Computer with two separate users running windows 10 and Windows Live Mail. Two separate mail accounts and e-mail addresses. The e-mail server in both cases is mail.btinternet.com. The first user has no problems and receives and sends e-mails correctly. I am the second user and my Windows Live Mail Account has stopped sending and receiving e-mails. Our Windows Live Mail set ups are identical and have not been touched. The passwords have not been changed
I have received the following selection of error messages :
