On exporting from live mail the wizard does not run.

Selecting File then Export, highlighting Microsoft Exchange clicking next box and I get the pop up advising that this will export to outlook and exchange I select OK and NOTHING!!!  nothing happens no pop's no select where to export to.. totally fails.

I have a lot of emails that I need exporting into Outlook 2016.
