I use windows 10 on my laptop. I use Yahoomail server. I have a real problem here. Cant start windows live mail 12. it gives me error:

So my mail cant be received or send and on top of it my android phone shows that my inbox is empty. What is it ? Please help. I tried to restore system to previous date, it didnt not help. HELP!!!! Thank you
