i am getting the following msg when i send photo attachment. How can I resolve this issue ?

I found a slight workaround for this problem in Windows Live Mail, pretty simple, just adds a couple steps. The problem as I see it is that the photo attached email remains in your Outbox, and once it is stuck there you can’t send emails, or at least I couldn’t until I deleted all of them.
So, after your photo email gets stuck in your email Outbox, open the Outbox and find the envelope image on the email heading. Right click on it and then click Open. Your email will open, click on the Send button, and your email will send this time. Do this to any other emails stuck in your Outbox.
