The trouble with Windows live mail today is Microsoft upgrade to windows Ver. 1909.  Live mail works fine with Ver 1903.  My windows live mail, shut down when I upgraded to 1909.  Went back to 1903 and live mail works fine again.  Not sure what else might be wrong with 1909.
