I started having this trouble about a month ago.  Every time I pull up Windows Live Mail, it's giving me the referenced error messages.  I've tried contacting my service provider (no luck), Norton 360 (no luck), continual reboots (no luck), Windows Essentials repair (no luck), unplugging the modem (no luck).  It is driving me crazy.  No viruses have been detected.  Also my internet sporadically sends me "not responding" messages, as well as my Office.  Can ANYONE help?
