Incoming emails in our system dated early March this year or earlier still show their titles on the list of mails that have arrived but then show there is no content in the email that can actually be brought up.  "No Content".  Needless to say, we are frustrated by the lack of service provided and, although we suspect that these emails are not recoverable, we need assurances that no additional emails will be treated in this way after the expiry of a given period of time.
