I'm still using WLM with windows 7.  I've never been able to locate the contacts list.  I click on the icon for contacts and get a blank page, but if I'm composing a message I can see all my contacts.  Is there maybe something that never got installed?  I've also never been able to put in a contacts routing list, but that may have come in a later version.  Thanks in advance to anyone out there still using old software!
