I'm trying to create a .pst file to migrate e-mail messages to Outlook and keep getting the error that there is no default program associated for e-mail. Windows Live Mail is set in the Control Panel for all e-mail settings but Microsoft Exchange refuses to create the .pst file. Have tried several times to repair for Live Mail and it keeps saying "No Internet Connection". How can I fix this and get past it?
