What is the best email to use with Windows Live? I am having problems with duplicated emails.  When I open email, it downloads current emails and then it is downloading emails from last year.  I called my provider and they said that I would have to download and then delete the emails.  Not much help.  The emails continue to download again....like 39,000+.  What can I do to correct this?
