Daily email from postmaster says  :Quota Warning - delete some messages

  I hardly have any messages in my email, have deleted everything in Delete

and Send.   How can I stop this Quota Warning message?

Or whatelse should I be deleting?  Those messages in my Storage file?

Please advise....cannot get through to M/Soft on the phone.
