I am trying to help an elderly friend of mine that has Windows 7 email.  She has an older (about 7 or 8 years old) HP computer.  She has just had a new hard drive installed & had her computer "cleaned up".  She can send & receive all email just fine with the exception of one person.  When she emails that person they do not receive it.  I have looked for the "tools" icon on the email to try to check her settings, etc, but cannot find it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
